Brief:

1. Design and animate a logo for The Stoop Talks, a New-York based podcast.
2. Create a complete season of art pieces for online promotional use.

Solution:

The Stoop Talks is a podcast about blackness, race and identity in America. In designing the art and logo for this show, I chose to celebrate the “African” part of “African American”, through the use of vibrant, distinct patterns, and simple low-poly illustrations of the guest artists on the show. These were later synced with audio clips from podcast interviews, thus providing compelling, afro-centric promotional material for use in attracting new audiences and increasing engagement levels from across the African diaspora.
