What do I do?

Hello. My name is Joy Richu. I specialise in storytelling for people and brands through illustration and design.

Why do I do it?

For the story. Stories are powerful. Stories have the ability to bring people together.

For the challenge. I studied Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia before joining the design arena (at Vancouver Film School) with nothing but a hand-drawn comic to my name. Pushing myself to improve as an illustrator and designer through every project since then has been extremely rewarding (and fun).
